I believe purpose is the antidote to this crisis - that when our lives are an expression of our own unique greatness, it doesn’t just heal us, it heals the world.

i remember the moment i took the red pill.

Like a Human Cell in a Matrix machine, I was slaving away for a paycheck, trapped in the illusion that I was ‘living a life’. On paper, I was on the fast-track to success. In reality, I was on the fast-track to a mental breakdown.

Then one day, as I sat at work with my acai bowl, it dawned on me that MY life wouldn’t truly begin until I retired. That one terrifying thought changed everything for me.

And so I started the Inspired Evolution podcast, interviewing some of the world’s brightest minds. I figured that by reverse-engineering their incredible lives, I would create my own.

4 years and 200+ conversations later, I am now a MindValley certified Purpose Coach & Speaker, living a life that I truly love.
